What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on generating positive change.  At it’s foundation, coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that uses focused conversations that empower the client to make changes in their life, when change has been hard to achieve on their own.

The Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect. In order to make significant changes, you need to feel safe enough to speak freely with your coach. As your coach, I provide a judgment-free space where I will be focused exclusively on you and your unique goals.

What is the Goal?

The end goal of coaching is to empower you to find the answers in your own way.   As your thinking partner, I provide the structure, motivation, potential pathways, and accountability as you realize your full potential.   Coaching can accelerate the process of change and ensure success as you drive towards achievement of your goals.
